1. General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between betwala live and its users. By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms in full.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each person may open only one account. betwala live reserves the right to close all accounts if a person is found operating more than one.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

betwala live reserves the right to reject any registration without stating a reason. Once an account is approved, the member must follow all platform rules.

3. Personal Information and Identity Verification

betwala live carries out identity verification procedures to provide a secure and transparent service. Members may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport or other documents if deposits or withdrawals exceed a certain amount or if suspicious activity is detected.

4. Account Security and Password

• The member is responsible for any transactions carried out by a third party through their account.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad and Rocket are currently available for deposits on betwala live. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit, otherwise the deposit may be delayed. For any deposit-related issues, support is available via live chat.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The same payment methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket — are used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a request is successfully processed, funds are generally sent within 1 hour. It may not be possible to cancel a withdrawal request once verification has begun.

The name on the account and the name on the mobile wallet must match when making a withdrawal. If the names do not match, the withdrawal will be held and identity verification will be required.

5.3 Transaction Responsibility

Members must conduct transactions from their own account — transactions on behalf of others or using third-party funds are not permitted. betwala live may request additional verification for unusual transactions.

6. Bonus and Promotion Policy

betwala live offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
• Weekly Reload Bonus: 30% bonus every week, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20 times; minimum deposit ৳200.
• Cricket Festival Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits made solely for betting on cricket markets, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25 times; minimum deposit ৳200.
• Weekend Slots Bonus: 40% bonus every weekend for slot games only, up to ৳6,000; wagering 22 times; minimum deposit ৳200.
• Birthday Reward: Verified account holders receive a reward of up to ৳1,500 once a year on their birthday; wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend Reward: Both the referrer and the new member receive a reward of up to ৳2,000 for each successful referral; wagering 15 times.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only once the specified wagering requirement is met. If bonus terms are violated after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited. More than one bonus cannot be active on a single account at the same time.

7. Game Rules and Betting Policy

7.1 Casino Games

The rules for all slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti and other games available on betwala live can be found on the relevant game page or within the game window. If a technical issue occurs in the game software, the bet for that round may be cancelled and the stake will be returned.

7.2 Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket, football and all other sports markets, the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are final. Changes in odds before or after a match starts will not affect a confirmed bet. In the event of an irregular outcome (such as a match cancellation or a void result), the result will be determined in accordance with betwala live's established rules.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if proven, will result in permanent account closure:

• Using bots, automation software or any technical method to gain an advantage.
• Placing bets with the sole purpose of meeting bonus requirements while avoiding genuine financial risk (Bonus Abuse).
• Claiming the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts.
• Controlling another member's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Intentionally exploiting a vulnerability or bug in any game.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Terms

betwala live reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Abusive or harassing behaviour towards other members or betwala live staff.

On account closure, any valid balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to the member, unless the balance is found to have been obtained through fraud or breach of terms.

9. Responsible Gaming Commitment

• Financial loss arising from a member's own betting decisions.

Winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be corrected automatically. betwala live is not obligated under any circumstances to pay compensation beyond actual losses.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the betwala live website and app — logos, designs, text, images, software and code — is covered by betwala live's copyright. Copying, redistributing or using any content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

The copyright for game software and content belongs to the respective game developers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, etc.). Members may access them for personal use only.

12. Right to Amend Terms

betwala live reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform before changes take effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, members are requested to first contact the betwala live support team to seek a resolution. An initial response to complaints submitted via live chat or email will be provided within 48 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the matter will be escalated to betwala live's senior management. Both parties will endeavour to reach a settlement within a maximum of 30 business days.
